Antibiotic resistance of pathogenic strains microorganisms is one the most difficultproblems modern medicine. An effective way to solve it synthesis new classesof antibacterial and antifungal drugs with a wide spectrum antiseptic action.Purpose research – types glycolic acid acylhydrazones(quinolin-8-yl)and investigation their antimicrobe activity.Material methods. The analysis activity wascarried out dependence antimicrobial action synthesized drugson structure molecule, type heterocyclic fragment ofmicroorganisms was investigated.Results. It proposed convenient method for acylhydrosones (quinolin-8-yl) acid, which realized by condensation ofhydrozides series aldehydes.Conclusion. results obtained indicate that this class compounds promising aspotential drugs.
